Amyloidosis refers to the accumulation of amyloid fibrils in different organs body that may result dysfunction organ systems. Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is an cardiac tissue leads increase thickness and mass ventricular wall inducing progressive restrictive infiltrative cardiomyopathy. We present here a case 62-year-old male with complaints shortness breath on exertion, abdominal distention, leg edema, had elevated jugular venous pressure, pedal ascites. Echo findings showed biventricular thickening, left inflow pattern pulse wave Doppler, strain characteristic process. He was thus referred for MRI further evaluation suspicion Based CMR clinical scenario, patient underwent rectal mucosal biopsy confirmative systemic amyloidosis.
